The first CLICK CLACK of 2025 sees Dave Conway's latest ensemble DOOM EAR FIVER open proceedings, followed swiftly by some of Steve Kettley’s Covid-era solo pieces, STEVE'S LOCKDOWN CLASSICS 2. Last but not least, NAMA KUMA features two of PYGMY TWYLYTE, Ben Tyson & Hebe James. It's just over a year since their very first gig, also at Click Clack, which was amazing!

In Pursuit of Justice: Lockerbie - with David Harrower
A conversation with playwright David Harrower about creativity and the role of drama in the pursuit of justice. In collaboration with IASH.
Acclaimed playwright David Harrower is the writer of Sky Atlantic’s 2025 series Lockerbie: A Search for Truth, starring Colin Firth, and based on The Lockerbie Bombing: A Father’s Search for Justice by Jim Swire and Peter Biddulph. This event explores the use of drama in campaigning for justice, placing Lockerbie: A Search for Truth in a lineage of consciousness-raising TV from Cathy Come Home in 1966 to Mr Bates vs The Post Office in 2024.

Ian Prowse
Merseyside hero Ian Prowse is a guitarist, singer-songwriter, frontman of Amsterdam and previously the frontman of Pele. Raised on protest songs and influenced by the Celtic sounds that make Liverpool so unique, Ian’s 30-year song writing career has seen his epic, ‘Does This Train Stop on Merseyside?’ move John Peel to tears and be covered by Christy Moore. Prowse himself has covered Edinburgh’s The Lost Soul Band’s own classic, You Can’t Win Them All Mum.

Andrew J. Brookes - TOLL - Five Years On
TOLL is an artwork and performance film by Andrew J Brooks consisting of 145,652 individual 4cm-tall marks – one for each registered death in the UK in the first year of the pandemic. The resulting work spans six rolls of paper, each 10 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, using over a litre of black ink.

The Beatpack + Screamin’ Kick
The Beatpack are the UK's prime purveyors of brutal 60's garage R'n'B, proto psych and freakbeat, long time associates of Edinburgh's ain garage / beat / psych scene and friends of Under The Wires.
Local heroes Screamin’ Kick are similarly influenced by 60's Garage Punk and Dirty Rock'n'Roll, with a pedigree that pulls together former members of The Thanes, The No-Things, The Liberty Takers and Opium Kitchen.
