Seen and Heard
The Scottish Chamber Orchestra return to Craigmillar Now this Spring with Seen and Heard, a 6-week programme of workshops exploring music making and art, led by the Orchestra’s composer-in-residence Jay Capperauld and artist Karolina Glusiec.

Join Johnny Rodger, Professor of Urban Literature at Glasgow School of Art, as he discusses the themes of his recent book The Housing Film with RIAS President Karen Anderson.
About the book:
The Housing Film examines how a century of realities and possibilities in domestic living have been profiled and foregrounded through studies and representations of housing in the medium of film. It sets the housing film in its political, economic, social and cultural context, and how it engages with the housing situation, housing problems and housing crises of its time.

Desire Lines - Paintings by Robin Wu
Collection of recent paintings by Robin Wu from a departure point of places, moments & memories. These are the beginning of a painting process that is often led by colour and always an openness to unknown outcomes.
Robin Wu (b.1977) is a painter and teacher, who runs The Painting Year, among other courses, at Paintbox School of Art in East Lothian, and works from his WASPS studio in Patriothall, Edinburgh.
